In Memory table
This table and the Sapling chair are part of an ongoing dialogue in my work with forms drawn from the natural world, and with environmental issues.

The table represents the ghosts of the old forests, combining skeletal elements of precious timber from our lost forests with glass and incised ply to suggest the form of a large old growth tree. This table was built for the 2004 QLD Contemporary Furniture Exhibition.
